This is really important because you must eat everyday, not only do you watch the type of food in your plate you have to control the amount you eat. You might be thinking that you are always on the move or your job is hectic and you continue to hip your plate not knowing that your body isn't using up all that energy and you still retain body fat. Its difficult to divide your usual portion by half but like I said you need discipline.

2. Stop late night eating
Yes dear,stop it. Set a time for yourself once its that exact time,within the hours of 6-8pm you stop all sorts of food just water. So you watch and portion your meals then you don't eat late you are gradually walking your way to being healthy and lose some weight.

3. Be on the move
Take the stairs instead of the elevator, take a walk instead of taking the bus to a walkable distance, be active. Stretch at every moment you get, sing,dance,smile, these are the little things that count.
