The trick to shopping if you don't have lots of money is get the quality things, buying a few cheap items will result to buy them over again, so if you have to save to get one good item of clothing or accessories I think it's worth it.
So my shopping on a budget secret, not to break the bank are:

1. Make a list
Write down the things you need that are of importance to you, if you are a shopaholic then you are reading this because you have been shopping on impulse and you bank account is suffering for that. Make sure that when you shop you stick to the list, I know the market is tempting but stick to it

2. Make use of coupons, sales and discounts code.
Get some percent off you price, YouTubers usually work with some fashion company to get up to 10% discount on your goodies. Use them to your advantage.

3. Setting aside a percentage of your income for your personal needs
I'm guessing shopping is not the only expenses you have, so on a monthly basis divide your income and buy your fashion needs bits by bits and get the quality things.
