This is not so important for your first few videos if you are just testing to see if youtube is your thing, later on you can invest in a good microphone. Another alternative doing a voice over after making your video you can make a recording and sync it with the video. If you are audible enough you could skip this till you are ready to buy one and there are microphones you can plug directly to your phone.

Tripods are a bit expensive but you can improvise, there are selfie sticks that come with tripod stand or get a selfie stick that is attachable to a tripod.
